We want to thank you for being a valued Prison Calls Online Customer.  As a leading provider of discounted inmate calls since 1996 we want you to know that we continue to look for ways to help you save on your inmate calls as a result we are undergoing some changes.

First and foremost we want you to know that these changes will not affect your inmate‘s calls.  The inmate will still call you just as they have in the past.

In the past we have operated from 2 separate offices this unfortunately increased our cost. So in an effort to help us reduce cost and keep your rates low we are going to start operating these offices independently. 

If you are a current customer you will get an e-mail or a letter from the office that is handling your account.  This letter will tell you which office is servicing your account; they will give you their new web address so you can add money to your account, your login info will remain the same, their phone number, address and Money Gram code.
